We use the details you send to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you need.

Information you provide

The contact form requests your name, email address, optional company name and message. Please keep the initial message general. Do not include passwords, employee medical records or confidential production documents.

How your message is delivered

The form provider is FormSubmit. It processes the form and emails it to safety@peoplemach.com, forwarded to our Porkbun-hosted mailbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Email copies may remain in our mailbox while we handle your inquiry and maintain related business records.

Questions or deletion requests

Email safety@peoplemach.com about your information or to request deletion. We will review requests and any records we need to keep.
